ASC’s soaps are enriched with a varying medley of oils, botanicals, clays, and skin-loving additives. While ingredients are listed on each bar's product page, the specific properties that each individual ingredient brings to a bar can be viewed on the "Properties of Ingredients" page.

A Signature Nature's Bounty Soap
Signature Soleseife Soap
Soleseife soap orginated in Germany. Soleseife translates to Seaman's Soap or Sailor's Soap. Seafaring sailors apparently made soap, and did so using the most plentiful supply of water available - the ocean's waters. Ascent Soap Co.'s Soleseife bars are made using the Pacific Northwest's Puget Sound seawaters. The water is 'harvested', boiled, strained, and incorporated into the soapmaking process.

Signature Homestead Soaps
Homestead soaps are rather rustic bars, which is how we imagine most homemade soap on the frontier and homesteads would have looked, when soap was all handmade using ashes and animal fats. Our Homestead soaps are reminiscent of the way-back-when soaps in name only, though. These bars are gentle, easy on the eye, have a lovely, full lather, and are non-drying.
