A Signature Speakeasy Soap. The recipe for this soap includes Elk Rider Bourbon from Heritage Distilling Co. in Roslyn, Washington.This soap is a nod to my maternal grandfather who bootlegged the north area of Kittitas County which included the towns of Cle Elum, where he lived, and Roslyn. Bourbon makes this a wonderful soap with lots of silky lather. Scent Leathered Apple Bourbon. Suitable for most skin types but will particularly benefit dry skin.

Ingredients: Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Oils of Canola, Coconut, Olive, Rice Bran, Sunflower, Almond, Avocado, Castor, Cocoa Butter, Macadamia Nut, Safflower and Shea, with additives of Elk Rider Bourbon, Tussah Silk, Sea Salt, and Citric Acid.

Each bar of soap from Ascent Soap Co. is handmade, hand cut, and hand-packaged. Every ingredient is safe, natural, and ethically sourced. We use skin-safe phthalate-free scents for fragrance, natural colorants from plants, botanicals, and clays, and pure, skin-loving oils (no pre-made bases, fillers, detergents, or preservatives). Many of our additives are sourced botanicals from our organic backyard gardens, harvested by hand and infused, dried and/or powdered.

Tip: To extend the life of your soap, keep dry between uses. Use a draining soap dish and keep away from direct streams of water.
