Returns are anticipated to be rare. However, should your purchased soap be damaged in any way, please contact ASC at 206.595.7609 or ascentsoapco@yahoo.com. ASC cannot accept returns of purchased soap for reasons such as aromatic dislike. Each bar of soap is handcrafted and there will always be variations in the look, aromatic qualities, and weight. While there will be these variations, the ingredients for any particular bar of soap will always be as noted on that product's page.
